Оn conclusion of a self-dealing transaction of Baiterek NMH JSC with Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (DBK JSC)

On 13 March 2015, Baiterek NMH JSC concluded a loan agreement with the subsidiary DBK JSC on the following principal terms:
1. Loan amount is 50,000,000,000 (fifty billion) tenge (5.8% to the total assets cost of Baiterek NMH JSC);
2. Loan period is up to 20 years;
3. Interest rate: 0.15 % (zero point fifteen percent) per annum;
4. Loan currency is tenge;
5. Purpose of the loan: placement of funds in second-tier banks with the rate not more than 2% per annum; for financing  large-sized entities in manufacturing industry, including not more than 25% for refinancing loans  of second-tier banks issued to large-sized entities; not more than 25% for financing current assets on second-tier banks loans issued to large-sized entities;  not more than 50% for financing new projects of large-sized entities;
6. Payment of principal debt: at the end of the loan period, with the right of advanced repayment on Borrower’s initiative; 
7. Payment of remuneration. Period of the first payment is 5 September  2015, the following payments: semi-annually from the date of the first payment .
