On conclusion of a self-dealing transaction by Baiterek NMH JSC (with Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund JSC)

On 10 December 2014, the Holding  concluded a loan agreement with the subsidiary Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund JSC on Holding’s provision оf funds from National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan  on the following principal terms:
1. Loan amount is 50, 000,000,000 (fifty billion) tenge;
2. Loan period is 20 years to10 December 2034;
3. Interest rate: 0.15 % (zero point fifteen percent) per annum;
4. Loan currency is tenge
5. Purpose of the loan: conditional investment of funds in second-tier banks for the following   loan provision to small and medium business entities;
6. Payment of principal debt: at the end of the loan period; 
7. Payment of remuneration. Period of the first payment is 10 June 2015, the following payments: semi-annually from the date of the first payment.  
8. Security  – no;
9. Date of decision on agreement conclusion: 20 November 2014 (Minutes of the meeting in presentia of the Holding’s Board of Directors No.09/14).
