Change in composition of the Holding’s Board of Directors

With the Order of the Minister for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Z. Kasymbek # 689 dated 28 September 2016 “On composition of the board of directors of Baiterek National Managing Holding joint-stock company”, the following persons quitted the Holding’s Board of Directors and their authorities were terminated: Massimov Karim Kazhymkanovich, Sagintayev Bakytzhan Abdirovich. 

The following persons were elected to the Holding’s Board of Directors for the term of authority till the 30 December 2016:

1) Sagintayev Bakytzhan Abdirovich – Prime-Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) Mamin Askar Uzakbaevich – First Deputy Prime-Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 

Sagintayev Bakytzhan Abdirovich was elected as the Chairman of the Holding’s Board of Directors.
