On certain issues of the composition of the Board of Directors of Baiterek National Managing Holding Joint-Stock Company

Upon the Order of the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan R. Sklyar dated 2 April 2019 # 186 “On certain issues of the composition of the Board of Directors of Baiterek National Managing Holding Joint-Stock Company”:

1. Terms of authorities of the Board member of Baiterek National Managing Holding Joint-Stock Company Zhamaubayev Erulan Kenzhebekovich – Assistant to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan were early terminated.

2. To elect as the Board member of Baiterek National Managing Holding Joint-Stock Company Suleimenov Timur Muratovich – Assistant to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Amended to the order of the Minister for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 26, 2016 # 877 “On the composition of the Board of Directors of Baiterek National Managing Holding Joint-Stock Company the following change:

the annex to the mentioned order shall be amended to read in accordance with the annex to this order.
