Certain Issues of “Baiterek” National Managing Holding” Joint Stock Company

Based on the Order No. 152 of the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, R. Sklyar, dated March 26, 2019 “On the Certain Issues of “Baiterek” National Managing Holding” Joint Stock Company”, the following shall be undertaken:

1. Make the following amendments and additions to the Order No. 279 of the Minister for Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 23, 2014 “On the Approval of the Articles of Association for “Baiterek” National Managing Holding” Joint Stock Company”:

Amend and supplement the Articles of Association for “Baiterek” National Managing Holding” Joint Stock Company” approved by the said order in  accordance with the annex to this order.

2. Approve the amendments made to the Articles of Association for “Baiterek” National Managing Holding” Joint Stock Company” in accordance with the annex to this order.

3. “Baiterek” National Managing Holding” Joint Stock Company shall take the measures arising from this order.

4. Control over the implementation of this order shall be entrusted to the supervising Vice Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order is a decision of the sole shareholder of “Baiterek” National Managing Holding” Joint Stock Company.

6. This order becomes effective from the date of its signing and is subject to distribution.
