Baiterek Holding distributes dividends for 2022

On September 8, 2023, Baiterek Holding distributed dividends for the fiscal year 2022 as per the directive of the Holding’s Sole Shareholder (the order issued by the First Vice-Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan on August 31, 2023, under document #209, titled "On some issues of Baiterek NMH JSC.") The total dividend payment amounted to 58,616,337,626 (fifty-eight billion six hundred sixteen million three hundred thirty-seven thousand six hundred twenty-six) tenge.

Each common share of the Holding received a dividend of 38 (thirty-eight) tenge and 92 (ninety-two) tiyn for the fiscal year 2022.

The dividends were disbursed through a single non-cash transaction.
