Baiterek Holding ceased to own shares of the Fund for Financial Support of Agriculture

Starting from December 31, 2021, Baiterek National Managing Holding no longer holds shares of the Fund for Financial Support of Agriculture. The Holding has notified the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), where it had previously placed its bonds.

By the order of the President, the Fund for Financial Support of Agriculture (FFSA) has merged into the Agrarian Credit Corporation (ACC).

Starting from December 13, 2021, the FFSA’s property, rights and obligations belong to the ACC. To ensure smooth functioning, the FFSA’s employees responsible for issuing loans now work in the ACC. Currently, agribusinesses can receive crediting services in one company according to the one-stop-shop principle.

In addition to crediting services, the ACC has taken over the FFSA’s functions of providing insurance in the agricultural sector and issuing mortgages in rural areas under the “With a degree to the village!” program.
