In accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors of Baiterek NMH JSC (minutes No. 02/22) dated February 23, 2022, the Holding acquired a 49% stake in the authorized capital of Amanat jer 2020 LLP.
Based on the results of the state re-registration, from May 4, 2022, the Holding is a member of Amanat jer 2020 LLP (BIN 200240005910).
