Approval of the report on placement of "Baiterek" NMH" JSC’s shares

On 11 August 2015, the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved the report on placement of "Baiterek" NMH' JSC’s (hereinafter - the Company) shares for the period from 23 January 2015 to 22 July 2015
1. The state body performing registration of the report is the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. The number of placed shares during the reporting period by type: during the reporting period the Company did not place their shares. In total, as of 22 July 2015, there were 718,318,712 (seven hundred and eighteen million three hundred and eighteen thousand seven hundred and twelve) common shares placed.

4. Date of placement: from 23 January 2015 to 22 July 2015
5. Date of the decision on placement and number: during the reporting period the Company did not place their shares.
6. Information on payment of dividends: dividends on shares were not attributed and not paid. There are no arrears on timely payment of dividends.
