About the membership of the Management Board of “National Managing Holding “Baiterek” JSC

Upon the Order of the Minister for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zh. Kassymbek dated 16 October 2018 # 717 “On the composition of the Board of Directors of Baiterek National Managing Holding Joint-Stock Company”:

1. Terms of authorities of the Board members of Baiterek National Managing Holding Joint-Stock Company were terminated:

Smailov Alikhan Askhanovich ‑ Assistant to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Sultanov Bakhyt Turlykhanovich ‑ Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To elect as the Board members of Baiterek National Managing Holding Joint-Stock Company:

Smailov Alikhan Askhanovich ‑ Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Zhaksylykov Timur Mekeshevich ‑ Assistant to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
