Turkish Holding «Dal Holding Yatirim A.S.»

In January 2020, a Confidentiality Agreement was signed between KPPF LLP and «Dal Holding Yatirim A.S.» for the construction of a cement plant in Aktobe region.
The parties are working on the issue of providing services for structuring and attracting equity and debt financing in order to implement the investment project. «Dal Holding Yatirim A.S.» has been sent the main commercial terms and conditions for the provision of consulting services for approval.
