Korea Corporation for Housing and Urban Guarantees "KHUG"
A subsidiary company of the Holding JSC "Housing Construction Guarantee Fund" in 2018 signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. The Fund is actively working to exchange experience in the direction of further improving the guarantee mechanism in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Within the framework of the Agreement on joint activities concluded by JSC "FGZHS" in January 2020, KHUG and the Korean Development Institute "KDI" submitted a number of recommendations for further improving the guarantee mechanism. For reference: in October 2020, the Housing Construction Guarantee Fund JSC was reorganized and merged with IO Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC
