Industrial and Commercial Bank of China

One of the world’s largest commercial banks and one of the Big Four state-owned banks in China. ICBC and Baiterek Holding signed a Memorandum of Cooperation to provide financial support and strengthen cooperation between Kazakhstan and China. Under the agreement, ICBC issued a loan of 300 million US dollars through ICBC Almaty.
