The largest commercial bank in China and the world; part of China’s “Big Four.” A Memorandum of Cooperation has been signed to establish a strategic partnership, provide financial support, and strengthen cooperation between Kazakhstan and China. ICBC Almaty will provide a credit line of USD 300 million (or equivalent in CNY).
