In terms of supporting PPP projects, the Fund provides the following services to project initiators:

• Partial or complex development of pre-project documentation with the involvement of highly qualified consultants (business plans, draft PPP contracts, etc.);
• Consulting support of PPP projects in the course of approvals and expertise of interested state bodies and organizations;
• Attracting investors and institutions, both in the local and international markets, using the tools of the Holding and its extensive international relations;
• Consulting services in the negotiation process between the parties to the PPP agreement.

In terms of supporting industrial projects, the Fund provides the following services to project initiators:

• Partial or complex development of pre-project documentation with the involvement of highly qualified consultants;
• Attracting strategic or financial investors and institutions, both in the local and international markets, using the tools of the Holding and its extensive international relations;
• Financing the pre-project stage on terms of repayment of funds when attracting investment and/or borrowed capital.
