Baiterek Holding celebrates the Independence Day

Today, Baiterek Holding hosted a meeting to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Independence of Kazakhstan and present more than 60 of its employees with awards for outstanding services.

At the beginning of the event, the national anthem was played. Then, Aidar Arifkhanov, Chairman of the Management Board, addressed everyone with a congratulatory speech.

– In a relatively short period of time, the people of Kazakhstan and the First President – Nursultan Nazarbayev – managed to build a democratic, constitutional, and economically independent state. Although these years were difficult, we have achieved great progress. Nowadays, this policy is continued by President Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev. Summing up everything Kazakhstan has achieved over thirty years, we can proudly say that the country has reached great heights. However, we have even more ambitious plans and a lot of work to do, – said Aidar Arifkhanov.

By the Decree of the President, four employees of Baiterek Holding and its subsidiaries were awarded the “Eren Enbegi Ushin” (“For Excellent Work”) medal for significant contribution to the socio-economic and cultural development of the country and strengthening friendship and cooperation between peoples:

– Shamshin Arman Nurzhanovich, Managing Director of Baiterek Holding;

– Turganova Maira Dyusenbaevna, Head of the Corporate Secretary Service of Baiterek Holding;

– Iskakov Ruslan Viktorovich, Chairman of the Board of ESC “KazakhExport”;

– Buribaeva Gaukhar Asylbekkyzy, Chairman of the Board of Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund.

– In the run-up to the national holiday – the 30th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan – I express my sincere gratitude to the leaders of our country and the head of Baiterek Holding for the provided opportunity and trust. The “Eren Enbegi Ushin” medal was presented to me by the Minister of National Economy Asset Irgaliev. All our achievements and awards are the result of the work of the close-knit team. It is a great honor for me to benefit our Motherland, working in one of the largest financial institutions in the country, the top managers of which comply with the principles of corporate governance and gender equality, – said Maira Turganova.

– Adilbekova Almagul Daribayevna, Chief Accountant of Baiterek Venture Fund;

– Amireeva Gulmira Kultayevna, Deputy Head of the Public Relations and Corporate Interaction Service of Investment Fund of Kazakhstan;

– Zhusupov Mazhit Galymzhanovich, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Kazakhstan Housing Company;

– Sadykov Asgat Sagypzhanuly, Director of the Department of Management claims of Kazyna Capital Management.

– This award motivates me for victories and achievements. I believe the Holding to make a great contribution to the development and prosperity of our country. It is the main development institution that supports large, medium-sized and small businesses and also provides people with housing. This year, companies from the agricultural sector have joined us. We now have a responsibility to support agriculture. I think that the Holding has achieved significant success during its existence, – said Dina Akrachkova.

In addition, 11 employees were awarded letters of gratitude from the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, two employees were given the “Enbek Ardageri” (“Veteran of Labor”) medal of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, ten people were awarded Certificates of Merit and letters of gratitude from the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Among the awardees was Asem Shakenova, Senior Banker of the Client Service Directorate of the Development Bank of Kazakhstan. She has been working for the company for 10 years, overseeing the transport, logistics, and communications industries.

– I think this is a worthy reward for 10 years of hard work. As an employee of the Development Bank of Kazakhstan, I want to make my own small contribution to the development of the economy by structuring and financing projects. Every day brings new challenges, new achievements, and opportunities to show your potential, – said Asem Shakenova.
