On October 27 at 3:00 pm the “Open Dialogue” web portal (https://dialog.egov.kz/conference/2022) will host the online conference on the topic “Affordable housing under the Nurly Zher State Program.” Timur Zhanke, Managing Director and Member of the Board of Baiterek National Managing Holding, will answer your questions.

You can send questions through the web portal using digital signature. The questions must be about Baiterek Holding’s support programs on ensuring the financial affordability of housing, provided through the Otbasy Bank and the Kazakhstan Housing Company. In particular, housing loans, mortgages, financing of real estate developers through the purchase of securities of akimats, rent-to-own homes, and guaranteeing of shared housing construction.
