Prime Minister Alikhan Smailov has chaired a meeting of the Board of Directors of Baiterek National Managing Holding.
During the meeting, the Council members considered amendments to the Holding’s Charter and approved annual financial statements (consolidated and separate) for 2021.
The Board of Directors decided to reduce the number of members of the Management Board from 7 to 5 people. The Board also plans to dismiss two Managing Directors.
The Anti-Corruption Compliance Program for 2022 has been approved. The program was developed in accordance with the Anti-Corruption Policy and aimed at improving the Holding's Anti-Corruption Compliance Service. The Anti-Corruption Compliance Service, subordinate to the Board of Directors, was created on January 1, 2022.
The meeting participants have approved risk reports for Q1 of 2022 drawn up by the Internal Audit Service. A report on compliance with the Holding’s Corporate Governance Code for 2021 has also been approved.
