Kazakhstan will supply 766 cars to Uzbekistan

Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan agreed to increase the export of cars jointly produced at the site of SaryarkaAvtoProm LLP.

Such a cooperation agreement was signed by the Chairman of the Board of the Export Insurance Company KazakhExport JSC Ruslan Iskakov and the head of Uzavtosanoat JSC Shavkat Umurzakov during the presentation of the Chevrolet model range in the National Pavilion with the participation of Prime Minister Askar Mamin of Kazakhstan.

The document provides for the use of financial and insurance instruments of the Baiterek holding subsidiary, KazakhExport, to finance the export of Kazakhstan cars to Uzbekistan.

Within the framework of the signed agreement, the first deal was made for $ 11.8 million for the supply of 766 JAC S3 and JAC S5 cars to the Uzbek market. The transaction was implemented within the framework of export trade financing of KazakhExport, through SB Sberbank JSC.

The mission of KazakhExport Export Insurance Company JSC (part of Baiterek NMH JSC) is to support the growth of exports of non-primary goods, works, services in priority sectors of the economy and the formation of financial insurance and non-financial support for Kazakhstani enterprises.
