KazAgroFinance Introduced a Digital Service for Submitting Applications for Agricultural Machinery Leasing Using AI

JSC KazAgroFinance, part of the Group of Companies of the Baiterek National Managing Holding, has announced the launch of a new digital service that enables farmers to receive a decision on their agricultural machinery leasing application in just 10 minutes.

The tool is based on artificial intelligence technologies. When submitting an application, a client attaches a certificate of farm composition, after which the system automatically recognizes the document. If it is determined that the farm consists of only one member, the application is directed to an accelerated review. This reduces the decision-making time and makes the process as convenient as possible.

During the summer, KazAgroFinance specialists visited regions and held open days in Aktobe, Kostanay, North Kazakhstan, West Kazakhstan, Kyzylorda, and other regions. During meetings with farmers, the new service was presented, and its functionality was demonstrated online. Farmers responded positively to the innovation, noting its convenience.

At the same time, the company emphasizes that the digital application is an alternative, not a replacement for the paper form. In rural areas, the internet remains unstable, and some farmers do not have smartphones or digital skills. Therefore, KazAgroFinance will continue to train farmers, introduce them to the service, and help them master the new tool.

“The new service allows farmers to receive a decision on their application in just a few minutes. This is not just automation, but a concrete tool for improving efficiency. We are maintaining the paper format for those who are more comfortable with it, while at the same time providing the opportunity to adopt a new, digital approach,” said Aidar Prashev, Chairman of the Management Board of JSC KazAgroFinance.

The digital application service became a continuation of the company’s systematic efforts to implement artificial intelligence technologies. In 2024, JSC KazAgroFinance launched a project for online monitoring of leased assets using AI. The system proved its effectiveness: engineers no longer need to travel to fields for inspections, and equipment can now be monitored remotely.

The launch of digital leasing and equipment monitoring are examples of successful digital transformation carried out as part of the strategy of Baiterek National Managing Holding. The Holding is actively introducing new technologies, automating processes, and making financial instruments more accessible for agricultural producers.
