KASE names Baiterek Holding’s annual report the best in the financial sector of Kazakhstan

Baiterek Holding’s reports for 2020 have won several awards in the competition organized by the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE). The award ceremony took place on March 15, 2022.

The Holding’s Annual Report for 2020 was named the Best Annual Report in the Financial Sector. Receiving this award confirms that the Holding has achieved great results in contributing to the development of Kazakhstan by financially supporting small and medium-sized businesses, funding infrastructure projects, making housing more affordable to people, and financing innovative companies. The report details the anti-crisis measures taken during the COVID-19 pandemic to support entrepreneurs in the most affected sectors of the economy.

The Holding has also won the Best Corporate Sustainability Report 2020 nomination. The report discloses the company’s results in complying with the three pillars of sustainable development – economic, social, and environmental.

Both reports are based on international GRI standards and best practices for information disclosure.

Baiterek Holding is an active participant in annual report contests. In 2021, PWC Kazakhstan named the Holding Kazakhstan’s best financial company in terms of ESG information disclosure.
