Export Credit Agency of Kazakhstan launches Exporter's Personal Account at online.kazakhexport.kz

Export Credit Agency of Kazakhstan, a subsidiary of Baiterek Holding, has launched the Exporter's Personal Account – a website designed to streamline digital applications and contract approvals for domestic exporters. This initiative aligns with the Head of State's directive on large-scale digitalization of public administration.

Operating on a one-stop-shop principle, the website integrates with the Bgov business support portal, the Baiterek Holding contact center, and allows exporters to interact directly with their assigned Agency manager.

To submit an application, exporters need to choose an insurance product and complete registration and authorization within the Personal Account. When the application is approved, exporters can sign contracts online using an Electronic Digital Signature (EDS), ensuring transparency, legal security, and efficiency.

This comprehensive solution significantly accelerates application processing, improves communication, and reduces time costs for exporters.

All stages of the process are accessible via the Exporter's Personal Account at online.kazakhexport.kz and through the Agency’s official website at www.kazakhexport.kz.

In the coming weeks, the Agency will conduct training sessions for exporters on how to use the platform.
