Baiterek National Managing Holding Receives High Recognition for Reporting Quality and ESG Initiatives

Following the results of 2025, Baiterek National Managing Holding received a number of awards, including international ones, for a high level of transparency and the consistent implementation of sustainable development principles.

The Holding’s 2024 Annual Report was awarded a “5-star” rating for the highest quality of information disclosure based on the assessment of the international rating agency RAEX. Baiterek National Managing Holding became the first financial organization from Kazakhstan to be ranked among the leaders alongside such major companies as Gazprom, Rosneft, Rosatom, the Samruk-Kazyna National Welfare Fund, and KazMunayGas, confirming that its reporting complies with best international practices in transparency and disclosure.

Within the framework of the Smart Plastic Zone environmental project, Baiterek National Managing Holding became the first organization in Kazakhstan’s financial sector to receive the highest status — the Platinum label — for the implementation of sustainable plastic use practices and its contribution to the development of environmental responsibility. The Holding’s subsidiaries received the Gold label, confirming a unified and systematic approach to ESG initiatives. The Platinum status further reinforces Baiterek National Managing Holding’s position as a leader in environmental innovation and serves as a benchmark for other organizations striving for sustainable development.

Additional confirmation of the effectiveness of the initiatives implemented was the Holding’s victory in three categories of the international Green and Healthy Office 2025 campaign: “Best Employee Environmental Motivation Program,” “Best Implemented Separate Waste Collection System,” and “Best Office Catering Organization.” This triple win is a vivid demonstration of the systematic and consistent efforts to create a modern, responsible, and comfortable office environment that harmoniously combines environmental care, operational efficiency, and attention to employee well-being.
