On October 2–4, Astana hosted the largest international forum, Digital Bridge 2025, which became a platform for discussing the future of digital technologies, artificial intelligence, and their impact on the economy. Baiterek National Managing Holding took an active part, presenting its own projects that are already transforming approaches to supporting businesses and citizens.
On October 1, President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev opened the first meeting of the Council for the Development of Artificial Intelligence. At the digital solutions exhibition, the Head of State was introduced to the Fin4B project — an AI platform developed by Baiterek National Managing Holding that significantly accelerates and simplifies interaction with small and medium-sized businesses. The platform reduces the cost of servicing credit processes by up to seven times and shortens client preparation times by almost 70%.
“Fin4B is a new approach to financing entrepreneurs. If earlier the process took weeks, today it only takes between 36 and 48 hours. This is a step towards full digitalization, where everything is transparent, fast, and convenient for the client,” noted Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Baiterek National Managing Holding, Usen Galym.
Particular attention from forum guests was drawn to the Baiterek Holding booth, where digital tools for business, the mortgage market, and the agro-industrial sector were showcased. Visitors could interactively explore services such as bgov.kz and an AI assistant, the Fin4B platform, agromonitoring solutions, and chatbots of subsidiary organizations.
On October 2, Usen Galym spoke at Freedom Bank’s panel session “How Digital Services and AI Are Changing Business Process Standards in Kazakhstan.” In his speech, he emphasized that digitalization for Baiterek is a fundamental transformation of the interaction between the state, business, and society.
“We have integrated data from 21 subsidiary databases, automated 150 indicators, and created 55 analytical dashboards. This enables us to have a complete picture of clients and conduct in-depth analytics. Based on this foundation, we are already building AI-powered services, which opens a new level of quality and speed for our services,” said Usen Galym.
He shared examples of AI applications in the Holding’s subsidiaries. At KazAgroFinance, the system automatically classifies and evaluates agricultural machinery using photos and videos: more than 26,000 units have already been verified. In the housing sector, the iBota chatbot with generative AI provides consultations to equity holders and verifies developers through the Kazreestr system, with over 2,800 requests received so far.
“We believe that artificial intelligence should be integrated into every sphere where there is a demand for convenient and reliable services. From equipment leasing to protecting the rights of equity holders — these are examples of how digital solutions are already working for people today,” he said.
On October 3, speaking at the plenary session “AI, Big Tech & Banking: Transformation of the Financial Landscape,” Usen Galym emphasized that Baiterek National Managing Holding is present in all areas of Kazakhstani life: from buses and factories built with the support of the Development Bank of Kazakhstan to mortgage programs and agro-industrial products.
“We are creating a unified digital space where all areas of our work are interconnected. Artificial intelligence becomes the linking element, ensuring speed, transparency, and trust. For us, it is not just a technology, but a strategic tool for transforming business and the social sphere,” he stated.
Another important outcome of the forum was the establishment of new partnerships. Baiterek National Managing Holding signed memorandums of cooperation with startups CodeALive and Diffuzio Tech, as well as held negotiations with the French company Ksaar.
“We intend to develop a centralized AI platform that will establish a unified standard for developing and implementing solutions. This will ensure rapid scaling and democratic access to technologies across the entire group of companies. We see this as the foundation for sustainable development and competitiveness of Kazakhstan,” summarized Usen Galym.
Thus, Baiterek National Managing Holding’s participation in Digital Bridge 2025 confirmed that digitalization and artificial intelligence are becoming strategic tools for economic development, opening new opportunities for entrepreneurs and citizens of the country.
