Baiterek National Managing Holding Introduced Corporate Mechanisms for Employee Support through Otbasy Bank

The forum “Forum 360: Caring for the Team – Investing in Success” was held in Astana, where modern approaches to developing corporate practices and supporting employees were discussed.

Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Baiterek National Managing Holding and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Otbasy Bank, Zhandos Shaikhy, noted that the Holding is consistently introducing financial instruments that help Kazakhstani companies enhance social resilience and support their employees.

“Today, through Otbasy Bank’s Corporate product, hundreds of employees of industrial enterprises, medical workers, and representatives of other sectors have already been able to improve their housing conditions. This is an example of how business and public institutions can join efforts to address socially significant challenges,” emphasized Zhandos Shaikhy.

The Corporate product of Otbasy Bank (a subsidiary of Baiterek National Managing Holding) offers flexible options for cooperation between employers and the bank, including:

• providing funds to the bank in the form of a loan or a bond issue for subsequent issuance of affordable loans to employees;
• granting loans to employees for down payments;
• offering rental housing with an option to purchase.

Thanks to this program, enterprises in Kazakhstan have already allocated more than 5 billion tenge to finance their employees.

The forum also featured speeches by Chairperson of the Management Board of Otbasy Bank, Lyazzat Ibragimova, and Director of the Central Branch of the Bank, Zhanar Izimbetova, who shared the practice of implementing the program and plans for its scaling. In addition, experts in HR, taxation, digitalization, and artificial intelligence discussed prospects for the development of corporate culture and new tools for businesses.
