Baiterek National Managing Holding Hosts Town Hall Meeting

On December 26, a Town Hall Meeting was held at Baiterek National Managing Holding with the participation of the Holding’s management and representatives of its subsidiaries.

The event was dedicated to reviewing the Holding’s performance in 2025, discussing key results, and outlining strategic priorities for the upcoming period. Employees from the central office, as well as representatives of the Holding’s subsidiaries and affiliated organizations, took part in the meeting.

The Chairman of the Holding’s Board, Rustam Karagoyshin, addressed the participants with a welcoming speech. In his remarks, he noted that 2025 was a productive year and, in many ways, decisive in terms of the scale of support for the economy and the Holding’s transition to a new investment model.

“The results achieved this year are the outcome of systematic, professional, and team-based work of the entire Holding and our subsidiaries. Today, Baiterek is consistently strengthening its role as an investment holding focused on supporting the real sector, launching large-scale projects, and attracting long-term capital into the country’s economy,” emphasized Rustam Karagoyshin.

During the meeting, the key results of the year were presented, including achievements in financing entrepreneurship, the agro-industrial complex, export projects, and housing construction, as well as ongoing measures to develop guarantee mechanisms and build the investment portfolio.

Special attention was given to the Holding’s transformation into a proactive investment holding, the formation of a unified approach to supporting strategic projects, and the further strengthening of cooperation with financial institutions and regional authorities.

The Town Hall Meeting also featured a Q&A session, where employees had the opportunity to directly address questions to the management and discuss current directions of the Holding’s activities.

Concluding the meeting, the Chairman of the Board thanked the team for their engagement and contribution to achieving common results, highlighting the importance of teamwork and responsibility in implementing new strategic tasks.
