Baiterek National Managing Holding Held a Meeting of Corporate Secretaries

On 21 November 2025, the Holding hosted a meeting of corporate secretaries dedicated to the Day of Corporate Secretaries of Kazakhstan. The event was organized by the Corporate Secretary Service, and Dauren Zakumbaev, Director of the Corporate Finance Department, was invited as a speaker. The topic of the meeting was chosen in connection with the Holding’s proactive role in attracting investments.

During the meeting, participants reviewed the full cycle of preparing and issuing securities — from identifying financing needs and approving corporate decisions to registration, placement, and disclosure of information. They also discussed interaction with the Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market, as well as the requirements for submitting data to the KASE IS2IN electronic system and the Financial Reporting Depository.

Special attention was given to the specifics of issuing ESG bonds, including the need to obtain an external assessment (SPO) and to prepare annual reporting. It was noted that the Holding supports 15 of the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals, which contributes to the development of green, social, and sustainability instruments within the group of companies.

Following the meeting, corporate secretaries exchanged practical experience in complying with corporate procedures and regulatory requirements. Such meetings enhance the professional competence of corporate secretaries and strengthen corporate governance in the Holding’s subsidiary organizations.
