Baiterek National Investment Holding and the Center for International Programs Sign a Memorandum of Cooperation

Baiterek National Investment Holding and the Center for International Programs have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation aimed at developing collaboration in the training and engagement of highly qualified professionals in priority sectors of Kazakhstan’s economy.

The meeting was attended on behalf of the Holding by Chairman of the Management Board Rustam Karagoyshin, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board Usen Galym, and Head of the Office Dina Akrachkova.

Representing the Center for International Programs were Chairman of the Management Board Adil Kusmanov and Deputy Chairman of the Management Board Qaisar Erkinbayev.

In his welcoming remarks, Rustam Karagoyshin emphasized the importance of a systematic approach to human capital development in the context of the Holding’s investment transformation.

“Human capital development and the introduction of modern managerial and technological approaches are key prerequisites for sustainable economic growth. The signed memorandum creates a foundation for closer integration of internationally trained specialists into the implementation of investment and infrastructure projects, primarily in priority sectors of the economy,” he noted.

In turn, Adil Kusmanov highlighted the importance of aligning the Bolashak Program with the needs of the economy and the labor market, its targeted focus, and also presented the project “Bridge to the Future – an Ecosystem of Career Opportunities.” This project is aimed at the practical application of the knowledge and competencies acquired by scholarship recipients during their studies at leading universities worldwide to address various socio-economic challenges facing the country.

The signed memorandum provides for cooperation between the parties in the areas of personnel training, potential employment of graduates of the Bolashak Program, as well as the development of mentoring mechanisms and expert support with the participation of the Holding’s specialists.

The parties expressed their readiness to further deepen cooperation, noting that the implementation of the memorandum will contribute to the formation of a sustainable ecosystem of career opportunities and strengthen ties between the education system and the real sector of the economy.
