Baiterek Holding, together with JSC Center for Electronic Finance, has completed the integration of the Fin4B AI platform

Baiterek National Investment Holding announces the completion of a key milestone in the Roadmap for the development of the Fin4B digital AI platform, aimed at expanding businesses’ access to financing and simplifying the provision of financial services.

The Fin4B platform is designed to improve the accessibility of financial products for small and medium-sized enterprises and to facilitate the mobilization of banking liquidity into economic circulation.

Fin4B is an AI platform that significantly accelerates and streamlines operations with SMEs (its shareholder is Qazaqstan Investment Corporation, a subsidiary of the Holding). The platform makes it possible to reduce the cost of servicing credit processes by up to seven times and to shorten client onboarding time by nearly 70%.

As part of the project, the integration of the platform with the public procurement web portal of the Republic of Kazakhstan has been completed with the participation of JSC Center for Electronic Finance. The platform has been connected to unified services, and stable API interaction has been established, enabling the implementation of a digital factoring financing mechanism. The integration ensures automatic retrieval and processing of data on public contracts, including their parameters, execution statuses, and certificates of completed work.

The established digital framework enables supplier assessment using AI models, the formation of a list of contracts eligible for financing, as well as the submission of applications and the signing of documents electronically without requiring an additional set of documents. As a result, a seamless customer journey has been created—from authorization to financing—without the need to switch to external systems.

The implementation of the Fin4B platform is part of this effort and is aimed at improving the accessibility and efficiency of financial solutions for SMEs.
