Baiterek Holding takes part in Turkistan Investment and Tourism Forum 2024

On October 31, 2024, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Baiterek Holding, Ersain Khamitov, participated in the Kazakh-Chinese panel session at the Turkistan Investment and Tourism Forum 2024. The forum gathered business leaders, government representatives, investors, and international organizations to discuss collaboration between Kazakhstan and China.

Featured speakers included Deputy Akims of the Turkistan region, Nuralkhan Kusherov and Nurbol Turashbekov, Chairman of the Board of Export Credit Agency of Kazakhstan Allen Chayzhunusov, Kazakh Invest’s Regional Director for Turkistan, Maksat Dzhuldasbekov, and Hongqiang Chen, a representative from CCPIT. Speakers highlighted successful case studies of Chinese business ventures in Kazakhstan.

In his remarks, Ersain Khamitov emphasized the role of the Turkistan region as a key area for growth and collaboration with Chinese partners.

"The partnership between Kazakhstan and China lays the foundation for sustainable economic growth in both countries. This collaboration opens access to new resources, drives business development, creates jobs, and contributes to the regions’ well-being," Khamitov stated.
