«Baiterek Holding named the best employer in Kazakhstan's financial sector»

Baiterek National Managing Holding JSC won the "Best Employer" award following the results of Paryz Bridge, an independent nationwide labor market study.

The Holding was recognized as the best in the "Financial Sector" category among organizations with a headcount of up to 500 employees. The Holding's subsidiaries also achieved strong results: in the "Financial Sector" category among organizations with a headcount of over 500 employees, Otbasy Bank JSC took second place, and Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund JSC was awarded third place.

Paryz Bridge is the largest labor market study in Kazakhstan. The project is organized by the PARYZ National Confederation of Employers together with the Association of HR Managers of Kazakhstan. The study covered more than 100 companies across nine sectors of the economy and over 100,000 employees in all regions of the country. Employers were evaluated based on a survey of the employees themselves, examining staff engagement, stress levels, and organizational HR maturity. For the first time in Kazakhstan, this data has been presented as industry benchmarks, allowing companies to compare their performance against industry averages.
