Baiterek Holding launches survey on the Open Dialogue web portal

Baiterek Holding has launched a survey on the e-government's Open Dialogue web portal seeking feedback on the citizens’ opinions about the work of the Holding and its subsidiaries.

 The six-question survey will be available from November 8 to 18, 2021. You can take the survey here:

 The survey’s results will allow the Holding to inform people about the Holding’s subsidiaries and help implement government programs.

Please note that the Holding’s website has a Q&A section (https://baiterek.gov.kz/ru/qa/), where you can ask a question regarding the activities of the Holding and its subsidiaries, implemented government programs and government support measures. This does not require an electronic digital signature. You will be asked to enter your phone number and an e-mail so we can send you an answer. Since the beginning of 2021, the Holding's website has received 206 questions, which were answered in a timely manner.

 In addition, Aidar Arifkhanov, Chairman of the Holding’s Management Board, has a personal blog on the Open Dialogue portal (https://dialog.egov.kz/blogs/2326528/welcome). Feel free to post your questions there. Since January 2021, the blog has received 49 requests, which were considered within the timeframe stipulated by law.
