Baiterek Holding Hosts Seminar Clarifying the New Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan

On April 27, National Investment Holding Baiterek JSC hosted a seminar for employees dedicated to explaining the provisions of the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, adopted via the national referendum on March 15, 2026.

The event was aimed at increasing the legal literacy of employees of the Holding and its subsidiaries, as well as forming a unified understanding of key constitutional changes and their practical application in professional activities.

The keynote speaker was Zhamaladen Ibragimov, Doctor of Law and Professor of the Department of Constitutional and Civil Law at the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University. During his presentation, he provided a detailed overview of the key constitutional innovations, their significance for the development of the country's legal system, and the role of state and quasi-state institutions in ensuring their effective implementation.

"The adoption of the updated Constitution is a major milestone in the modernization of the country's legal system. Today, it is particularly important that employees of state and quasi-state organizations not only know its provisions but also understand their practical implications. The effectiveness of implementing state initiatives and the level of public trust depend largely on the quality of this work," he noted.

The Holding emphasized that organizing such events is part of its systematic effort to enhance the legal culture and awareness of its employees. Moving forward, the Holding plans to continue this series of educational seminars across its subsidiaries, involving leading experts and representatives of the scientific community.
