- Who We Are
Baiterek National Management Holding is announcing a competition to elect members to its Public Council. The competition is held in accordance with Paragraph 6 of Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan titled "On Public Councils" and Paragraph 24 of the Model Regulations on the Public Council.
Kazakhstani citizens and representatives of non-profit organizations are invited to participate. The Public Council will comprise 4 representatives from the Holding and 7 representatives from civil society.
Required documents:
1. Letter of nomination from a non-profit organization or an application from a citizen (Appendix No. 1).
2. Information about the candidate's professional and/or social activities, including biographical data.
3. Certificate of good conduct.
4. Certificates of mental health and substance abuse status, issued by:
· A drug treatment organization
· A psychoneurological organization
5. Consent for the collection, processing, and sharing of personal data.

Eligibility requirements:
1. Candidates must be citizens of Kazakhstan aged 18 or older.
2. Candidates must not:
· Have an unexpunged criminal record, as stipulated by the laws of Kazakhstan.
· Have been convicted of corruption or corruption-related offenses.
· Be patients in mental health institutions for mental or behavioral disorders, including those related to substance abuse.
3. Only one representative from each non-profit organization may be elected to the Public Council.
4. At the republican level, a candidate may only serve on one Public Council.
Disqualification criteria:
Candidates will not be eligible to participate in the competition if:
1. They do not meet the requirements outlined in Paragraph 1 of Article 10 of the Law.
2. They fail to submit the required documents or information listed in Paragraph 2 of Article 10 of the Law.
3. They submit documents or information that contain false data.
Please note: The activities of civil society representatives on the Public Council are unpaid.
