On November 3, 2022, Kanat Sharlapayev, Chairman of the Board of Baiterek Holding, met with Osman Aslanali, CEO of the Turkish company Goknur Gida. The two met earlier in Ankara during President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev’s visit to Turkey on May 11, 2022.
Goknur Gida is Turkey’s largest company that grows and processes fruits and produces organic juices, concentrates, and purees.

Goknur Gida plans to implement a major agricultural project in Kazakhstan. During the meeting, the parties discussed the project execution and future cooperation.
– The development of the agricultural sector of Kazakhstan is one of the priorities of our government and Baiterek Holding in particular. We are willing to consider cooperation to determine the further course of negotiations, – said Kanat Sharlapayev.
At the end of the meeting, the parties expressed their intention to strengthen a mutually beneficial partnership between Kazakhstan and Turkey.
