Rustam Karagoyshin, Chairman of the Management Board of ‘Baiterek’ National Managing Holding JSC, held a working meeting with representatives of Tramite Group—an international company specializing in the development and implementation of innovative products in the food and non-food sectors, as well as the promotion of goods to major global markets.
The Tramite Group delegation was led by the company’s founder, Gianantonio Tramet, and included Alessandro Tramet, Director of International Business, and Elisabetta Gustato, Founder of GUSTATO SAS.
On the Kazakh side, the meeting was attended by Zauresh Shalabayeva and Yerlan Ospanov, Deputy Chairpersons of the Management Boards of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC and Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC respectively; Eldar Kuanbayev, Managing Director of the Export Credit Agency of Kazakhstan; Serzhan Stybayev, Director of Agriqa Farms LLP; and Aiman Tursynkan, a shareholder of the company.
The meeting focused on potential cooperation in the agro-industrial sector, export of processed agricultural products, and mechanisms for financing and commercial support using instruments provided by Baiterek Holding’s subsidiaries.
A key project presented during the talks was the AGRIQA Shardara cluster initiative in Turkestan Region. The project envisions the phased construction of a greenhouse complex, the introduction of a drip irrigation system, and the development of facilities for deep processing, including a tomato processing plant, a fruit and vegetable processing plant, and a feed mill.
The parties discussed the current status of the project, mechanisms for signing off-take agreements, strategies for boosting export potential, and the possibility of Tramite Group participating as a strategic partner in the Shardara export-oriented agro-industrial cluster in Turkestan Region.
The discussion also touched on financing structures, collateral support, market development, and synchronization of project documentation throughout all stages of implementation.
“We are always open to dialogue with international companies interested in joint agro-industrial projects. I am confident that such meetings help strengthen partnerships and open up new opportunities for mutually beneficial cooperation,” said Chairman Rustam Karagoyshin.
Following the meeting, the parties confirmed their mutual interest in continuing collaboration.
