Baiterek Holding and the British Embassy Discuss Prospects for Cooperation

Rustam Karagoishin, Chairman of the Management Board of ‘Baiterek’ National Managing Holding JSC, held a meeting with Kathy Leach, Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the British Embassy, including Katherine Cottrell, First Secretary for Economics and Climate Change, as well as senior executives of Baiterek Holding.

The parties discussed opportunities for bilateral cooperation within the framework of the National Infrastructure Plan and the National Project for the Modernization of the Energy and Utilities Sectors.

Rustam Karagoishin emphasized the importance of international partnerships and expressed the Holding’s readiness to actively facilitate the expansion of investment cooperation.

“Baiterek Holding is ready to provide support and create all the necessary conditions for attracting British investment and advanced expertise. Our cooperation will enable the effective implementation of important projects and help strengthen bilateral economic ties,” said Rustam Karagoishin.

Kathy Leach expressed the United Kingdom’s interest in developing mutually beneficial cooperation and confirmed the UK’s willingness to support the strengthening of economic relations between the two countries.
