On September 20, Baiterek National Management Holding and Shin-Line LLP signed a Memorandum of Cooperation during a meeting aimed at advancing pilot projects in Kazakhstan.
Key attendees included Rustam Karagoishin, Chairman of the Board of Baiterek Holding; Marat Yelibayev, Chairman of Development Bank of Kazakhstan; Yerbolat Zholat, Chairman of Qazaqstan Investment Corporation; Andrey Shin, President of Shin-Line; and Zhaksylyk Minzhasov, Financial Director of Shin-Line.
The discussion centered on collaborative opportunities for food production projects in the Almaty region, with a particular emphasis on infrastructure development and attracting investments for production facilities.
"We see tremendous potential in this partnership, thanks to Shin-Line's extensive experience in the food sector and its previous collaborations with Baiterek Holding’s subsidiaries. I am confident that these projects will set a benchmark for other regions in Kazakhstan and enhance our domestic producers' access to international markets," said Rustam Karagoishin.
Through this cooperation, the parties aim to secure foreign investments for constructing production complexes and warehouses equipped with up-to-date food processing infrastructure. This initiative is expected to introduce advanced technologies, boost export volumes, and create new job opportunities.
