Baiterek Holding and John Deere discuss strategic cooperation in Kazakhstan

On December 3, Rustam Karagoishin, Chairman of the Board of Baiterek National Management Holding, met with Csaba Lejko, Head of Strategic Partnerships in Central Asia for John Deere. The meeting continued the dialogue initiated during Baiterek Holding’s recent visit to the United States, focusing on deepening cooperation and advancing joint initiatives.

Csaba Lejko reaffirmed John Deere’s commitment to supporting Kazakhstan’s government initiatives to foster industrial growth and increase the localization of agricultural machinery production.

Rustam Karagoishin welcomed John Deere's plans to strengthen its presence in Kazakhstan, stating:

“Baiterek Holding is committed to attracting global leaders like John Deere to promote local production and drive innovation. Our financial institutions will provide all the necessary support to develop key sectors of Kazakhstan’s economy.”

The meeting builds on the momentum established by signing a Memorandum of Understanding between Deere & Company, Eurasia Group, and Baiterek Holding on October 31, 2024. The parties agreed to collaborate on priority areas such as introducing cutting-edge technologies, advancing the digital transformation of the agricultural sector, and expanding local production capabilities.
