On Thursday, November 23, Prime Minister Alikhan Smailov presided over the session of the Board of Directors of Baiterek National Managing Holding.
The participants have reviewed the digitalization strategy for 2024-2026, formulated in accordance with President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev's directives. The strategy's objectives are geared towards enhancing the quality of services, streamlining business processes, and integrating contemporary digital technologies.
Additionally, the Board sanctioned an action plan for 2024-2028, outlining the modernization of pivotal facets within the Holding's operations. When developing this plan, considerations were given to the macroeconomic indicators outlined in the Forecast of Socio-Economic Development of Kazakhstan for 2024-2028.
Concluding the meeting, Alikhan Smailov emphasized the crucial need for strong risk management and digitalization to ensure the holding's sustainable development and directed the implementation of approved plans and strategies.
