Functions of the Single Operator of Housing Construction

In Kazakhstan, from January 1, 2021, a single operator of housing construction will begin its work. Two subsidiaries of the Baiterek National Managing Holding - Baiterek Development and the Housing Construction Guarantee Fund - have already become part of the Kazakhstan Mortgage Company, thereby completing the optimization of the holding's housing block.

By streamlining activities and eliminating duplicate functions, general administrative costs will be reduced by 40% or 3.4 billion tenge. The staffing level will be reduced by 32%, or 101 units, including the management level.
