Some decisions adopted by the Board of Directors of Baiterek Holding on February 23, 2023

On February 23, 2023, Baiterek Holding's Board of Directors announced their decision to issue 100,000,000 ordinary shares at a placement price of 1,000 tenge per share. This will result in a total value of 100,000,000,000 tenge for all placed shares. The Sole Shareholder of Baiterek Holding has a pre-emptive right to purchase these shares and may choose to do so in order to increase the authorized capital of the Industrial Development Fund through the Development Bank of Kazakhstan.

On February 23, 2023, Baiterek Holding's Board of Directors announced their decision to issue 35,000,000 common shares at a placement price of 1,000 tenge per share. This will result in a total value of 35,000,000,000 tenge for all placed shares. The Sole Shareholder of Baiterek Holding has a pre-emptive right to purchase these shares and may choose to do so in order to increase the authorized capital of the Qazaqstan Investment Corporation.
