The Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) has been provided with an extract from the shareholder register of Baiterek National Management Holding as of January 1, 2023.
According to the extract:
- the total number of authorized common shares is 5,000,086,550;

1,301,095,973 common shares are placed;

the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan is the company’s sole shareholder and the only entity that owns five or more percent of the total number of the company’s placed shares.
