Оn conclusion of a self-dealing transaction of Baiterek NMH JSC with Development Bank of Kazakhstan (DBK JSC)

On 30 March 2015, Baiterek NMH JSC concluded a loan agreement with the subsidiary DBK JSC on the following principal terms:
1. Loan amount is 70,000,000,000 (seventy billion) tenge (8.1% of the total assets cost of  Baiterek NMH JSC);
2. Loan period is up to 20 years; 
3. Interest rate: 0.15 % (zero point fifteen percent) per annum;
4. Loan currency is tenge;
5. Purpose of the loan: financing through leasing and/or lending for local car manufacturers, manufactures of helicopters and passenger carriages, export and  pre-export lending;
6. Payment of principal debt – at the end of the loan period, with the right of advanced repayment on Borrower’s initiative; 
7. Payment of remuneration. Period of the first payment is 5 September 2015, the following payments: semi-annual payments starting from the date of the first payment. 
8. Security: no;
9. Date of decision on the agreement conclusion: 12 March 2015 (Decision No. 03/15 of the meeting in presentia of Baiterek NMH JSC’s Board of Directors).
