Approval of the report on placement of Baiterek NMH JSC’s shares

On 28 August 2014, the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved the report on placement of Baiterek NMH JSC’s shares for the period from 23 January 2014 to 22 July 2014.
1.    The state body performing registration of the report is the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan 
2.    The number of placed shares during the reporting period by type: placed – 20,000,000 (twenty million) common shares. In total as of 22 July 2014, there were 683,102,010 (six hundred and eighty-three million one hundred and ten thousand ten) common shares placed.

6.    Information on payment of dividends: dividends on shares were not attributed and not paid. There are no arrears on timely payment of dividends.
