On the eve of the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the employees of the Baiterek holding and subsidiaries will receive letters of thanks from the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, certificates of honor of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development and letters of thanks from the Chairman of the Board of the holding.

The presentation of the concession project in the field of healthcare "Construction and operation of a multidisciplinary university hospital with 300 beds in the city of Almaty" will be held online for international investors.
The presentation within the framework of the road show will be held by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, with the participation of a subsidiary of the Baiterek holding - Kazakhstan Project Preparation Fund LLP.
Representatives of government agencies, the medical sector, healthcare facilities, domestic and foreign financial organizations are invited to participate.
Participants will be given the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the technical, economic and legal aspects of the Project. They will also be informed about the tender procedures for the selection of the concessionaire.

In Moscow, within the framework of the First Eurasian Congress, an Agreement on investment cooperation will be signed between JSC NMH Baiterek and the state development corporation VEB.RF. The heads of the institutes Aidar Arifkhanov and Igor Shuvalov will act as signers.
The Agreement envisages cooperation in the implementation of joint investment projects, interaction in the field of trade and export financing, as well as in the development of syndicated lending in Kazakhstan.
In addition, within the framework of the First Eurasian Congress, a subsidiary of the Holding JSC Development Bank of Kazakhstan (DBK) will sign two strategically important documents - a Credit Agreement with the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB), which provides for a credit line to DBK in the amount of 5.7 billion rubles, and the Memorandum of Cooperation between VEB.RF, EDB, Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus and DBK.
Note that the First Eurasian Congress is held by the Eurasian Development Bank in the Moscow World Trade Center. The purpose of the Congress is to find and discuss practical solutions in the field of Eurasian economic integration. Within the framework of the congress, several panel discussions are planned on various aspects of Eurasian economic integration.

At the next meeting of the Board of Directors of Baiterek National Management Holding JSC, a number of important documents of the Holding will be approved, including the Annual Budget for 2021, the revised five-year Development Plan and the Sustainable Development Policy.
Also, the meeting will consider the results of activities in 2019 of a subsidiary of the Holding - Export Insurance Company KazakhExport.
For consideration and approval of the Board of Directors, the Report of the Holding's Internal Audit Service for the III quarter of 2020, the Risk Report for the III quarter of 2020, as well as the Work Plan of the Board of Directors of the Holding for 2021 will also be submitted.

A methodological online seminar on the use of terms in the preparation of documents in the state language will be held in the Holding. The event is organized by the Department of Operations with the aim of implementing the State Program for the Implementation of the Language Policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2020 - 2025 and increasing the level of use of the Kazakh language.
The seminar will be attended by employees of the Holding and its subsidiaries, as well as a representative of the Language Policy Committee of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a researcher at the National Scientific and Practical Center "Til-Kazyna" named after Shaisultan Shayakhmetov Aigerim Kozhakhmet.
