Position title: Director of the Strategy and Corporate Development Department.
Responsibilities: Oversee strategic planning processes and monitor the achievement of strategic goals to ensure the sustainable development of Baiterek Holding and its subsidiaries.
Qualification requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, or Financial Management.
Work experience:
At least 7 years of professional experience in relevant fields or functional areas related to the position.
At least 5 years of experience in the specific economic sector corresponding to the organization's profile (preferably within Baiterek Holding or other government entities).
At least 2 years of experience in a leadership position.
Required knowledge:
Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including "On Joint Stock Companies," "On Combating Corruption," "On National Management Holdings," and "On Informatization."
Regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan related to strategic planning and entrepreneurship.
Corporate governance standards.
Primary areas of operation within the Holding.
The Holding's subsidiaries’ financing programs.
State programs and concepts.
The Holding's internal regulatory documents relevant to the department's scope of responsibility.
Fluency in Kazakh and English.
Skills:
Proficiency in long-term and short-term strategic planning.
Ability to promptly process and analyze information.
Expertise in preparing analytical reports.
Skills in developing presentations and drafting briefs for senior management.
Competence in analyzing financial and economic activities.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and electronic document management systems.
Strong skills in business correspondence and verbal communication.

Working Conditions:
Full-time employment, 5 days a week.
Contractual employment with medical insurance coverage.
