Chief Manager of IT Department

   Baiterek Holding announces an open position for Chief Manager of IT Department at Baiterek Holding.

   Position title: Chief Manager of IT Department.

   Responsibilities: In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Holding’s internal IT regulatory documents, the incumbent is responsible for driving the Holding's strategic objectives by leveraging cutting-edge information technologies, particularly in data management projects.

   Qualification requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT/Mathematics/Physics/Statistics/ Electronics/Computer Science.

   Work experience:

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in relevant fields or functional areas related to the position.

   Required knowledge:

• Familiarity with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including "On Joint Stock Companies," "On Combating Corruption," "On National Managing Holdings," and "On Informatization."
  
  
• Proficiency in the Kazakh language.
  
  
• Basic understanding of implementing data warehouse and analytical systems projects.
  
  
• Knowledge of procedures for data extraction, transformation, and visualization.
  
  
• Understanding of database operation principles.

         Skills:

• Proficiency in project management.
  
  
• Experience with ETL tools and data visualization.
  
  
• Ability to write SQL queries.
  
  
• Expertise in developing regulatory documentation.
  
  
• Competence in business correspondence and negotiations.
  
  
• Ability to prepare presentations and engage in effective business communication.

         Functional responsibilities:

• Organize and/or participate in defining the architecture of the Holding and its subsidiaries, including the description of the Data/Infrastructure layer.
  
  
• Develop data management standards, approaches, and requirements.
  
  
• Develop data management infrastructure.
  
  
• Implement data quality management processes.
  
  
• Collect, process, and visualize data.
  
  
• Develop components for the "Analytical Center".
  
  
• Design data models, dashboards, and information panels.
  
  
• Develop requirements for analytical cases and data visualization.
  
  
• Handle requests from individuals and legal entities regarding information technology issues.
  
  
• Develop internal regulatory documents related to information technology.
  
  
• Create, update, and approve documents related to information technology to guide Holding employees.
  
  
• Interact with government agencies on information technology matters.
  
  
• Review and prepare responses to incoming requests related to the IT department's activities, including reporting on instructions received.

Full-time employment, 5 days a week.
