Baiterek Holding is seeking an interim candidate to fulfill the role of Chief Manager within the Asset Management Department in the absence of the current employee.
Position title: Chief Manager of the Asset Management Department at Baiterek Holding.
Responsibilities: Aligning with the Holding Strategy and internal regulations, oversee Board of Directors activities in supervised subsidiaries, manage assets, and coordinate subsidiary activities within departmental jurisdiction. Aim to achieve strategic and operational objectives for effective corporate asset management within Baiterek Holding and its subsidiaries.
Qualification requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or Law.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in relevant fields or functional areas related to the position.
At least 2 years of experience in the specific economic sector corresponding to the organization's profile (preferably within Baiterek Holding or other government entities).
Required knowledge:
· Proficiency in the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including "On Joint-Stock Companies", "On banks and banking activities", "On the Development Bank of Kazakhstan", and "On industrial policy".
· Fluency in Kazakh and English (preferred).
· Basic knowledge of corporate governance.
Skills:
· Proficiency in creating presentations and conducting business communication.
· Ability to swiftly process and analyze information.
· Strong financial analysis capabilities, with experience in spreadsheet software.
· Aptitude in forecasting and crafting action plans.
· Competence in utilizing electronic document management systems.
· Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Working Conditions:
Full-time employment, 5 days a week.
Contractual employment with medical insurance coverage.
