Baiterek Holding announces an open position for Chief Manager of the Department of Agricultural Assets Monitoring and Management at Baiterek Holding.
      Position title: Chief Manager of the Department of Agricultural Assets Monitoring and Management.
      Responsibilities: Facilitating the growth of Kazakhstan's agro-industrial complex by overseeing loan reports from the Holding’s subsidiaries and affiliates, particularly focusing on overdue debt (NPL 90+). Additionally, responsible for executing strategies to recover bad debts within the agricultural sector.
      Qualification requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Law.
      Work Experience:
	 Minimum 3 years of professional experience in relevant fields or functional areas related to the position.
	 At least 3 years of experience in the specific economic sector corresponding to the organization's profile (preferably within Baiterek Holding or other government entities).
      Required knowledge:
	 ·         Familiarity with the legislation governing budget investments and their oversight in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
	 ·         Understanding of the legal framework concerning the execution of both national and local budgets in Kazakhstan.
	 ·         Proficiency in financial and economic analysis methods to assess enterprise performance.
	 ·         Thorough knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
	 ·         Understanding of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan pertaining to enforcement proceedings and the role of bailiffs.
	 ·         Familiarity with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan governing valuation activities.
	 ·         Awareness of industry-specific legislation and compliance requirements set forth by supervisory and regulatory authorities.
      Skills:
	 ·         Ability to resolve complex problems and issues.
	 ·         Ability to analyze large volumes of data and generate analytical conclusions based on the analysis.
	 ·         Competence in preparing and analyzing managerial reports.
