Chief Manager of the Information Technology Department

Baiterek Holding announces an open position for Chief Manager of the Information Technology Department of Baiterek Holding.

Position title: Chief Manager of the Information Technology Department

Responsibilities: Ensures compliance with Kazakhstani legislation and internal IT regulations of the Holding, facilitating the achievement of strategic goals through modern IT solutions.

Qualification requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunication Technologies, or Economics.

Required knowledge:

·        Familiarity with the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including Law on joint stock companies, Anti-corruption law, Law on national management holdings, and Law on informatization.

·        Proficiency in Kazakh and English.

·         Knowledge of the Holding’s internal regulatory documents, including Rules for the Goods and Services Procurement; Code of Corporate Ethics; Disclosure Policy; IT Security Rules; Occupational Safety and Health Standards, etc.

·         Basic knowledge of analysis, evaluation and structuring of investment projects.

·         Knowledge of business process organization.

Skills:

·        Proficiency in project management.

·        Competence in developing regulatory documentation.

·        Experience in procurement procedures and budgeting.

·        Business correspondence and negotiation.

·        Preparing presentations and strong business communication.

Full-time employment, 5 days a week.

Contractual employment with medical insurance coverage.
